Besttrails disclaims any responsibility in case of accidents
No refund will be made for any cancellations 30 days before the departure date for the week trips and 2 weeks before for the weekend trips, in case of renunciation your payment will be converted into a valid voucher on another trip.
To ensure your participation and for a question of organization a deposit of 25% of total trip is required at reservation, as soon as you receive the invoice.
Try to make your reservation at least one month before the trip starts.
Each trip program which appears on the website www.besttrails.ch is a suggested schedule. Besttrails will try to keep to the program as long as the trip progresses as safely as planned.
Besttrails therefore reserves the right to change the program depending on weather conditions, the physical and technical levels of some riders, the terrain conditions etc…
Your own serviced bike (minimum 14 cm suspension travel for Enduro), and 100 mm for cross-country.
Enduro-All-mountain
Basic: You regularly ride on tracks, you control your mountain-bike and are capable of making a 40cm drop without getting off
You practice a sports activity at least twice a week
Intermediate: You regularly ride on technical tracks, perfectly control your mountain-bike, are capable of handling a skid, a hairpin bend or making a drop. You are capable of climbing uphill on your mountain-bike for more than twenty minutes.
Expert: You ride several times a week during the season, perfectly control your mountain-bike, are capable of making a drop of more than one metre without difficulty and have perhaps already taken part in a competition.
You are capable of climbing uphill on your mountain-bike for more than 45 minutes.
Level required: Basic to expert
Cross-country
Basic: You have already ridden for more than two hours on your mountain-bike off-road, you have already ridden along easy singletracks, control your bike on climbs as well as on descents, a twenty-minute climb is not a problem for you
Intermediate: You regularly ride off-road with some trips longer than two hours, you perfectly control your bike on descents as on technical climbs along singletracks. You have no problem climbing for thirty minutes
Expert: Regular and fairly intensive training, you perfectly control your mountain-bike in all conditions, riding technical singletrack is not a problem and you have perhaps already taken part in a competition of over two hours.
Level required: Basic to expert
Canaries:
Apartment-hotel and Finca with a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, swimming pool, wi-fi, restaurants, shops and beaches nearby.
Morocco:
Three-star hotel on arrival and departure from Marrakech, mountain inn with swimming and all mod cons.
Switzerland:
Hotel-pension and mountain guesthouse during the whole trip with spa and bike workshops.
Cape Verde:
Apartment-hotel with all mod cons.

Travel
Avoid travelling with large amounts of valuables which draw attention.
Plane tickets are not included in the prices except for the one-way ticket Lima-Cuzco on the Peru trip
For the Canary Islands: best prices are with Iberia, Edelweiss or Easyjet from Switzerland or France, approx 500 CHF or 400 euros return
Cape Verde: Tap Portugal via Lisbon, approx 980 CHF. Visa necessary
Morocco: Tickets 80-500 CHF return with Easyjet from Geneva or Bale-Mulhouse. Passport in order and valid at least 6 months after the return date
Switzerland: Arrival at Geneva, Zurich or Bale-Mulhouse with Swiss plane tickets between $800 and $1200 from USA or Canada
You need to be in possession of a ticket as well as a valid passport or identity card.
